한국환경연구원(KEI) 과제로 김천시 부흥아파트와 상가동에서 반사도료 적용 전후의 실내외 표면온도·복사환경·열쾌적성을 계측하고 분석했습니다.A KEI-commissioned study at Buheung Apartment and its commercial building measured surface temperature, radiant conditions and thermal comfort before and after reflective coating.
33년 경과 아파트 단지에서 시공·미시공 목업 구조체를 나란히 세우고 병렬 계측했습니다. 외부 표면온도는 평균 2.2–4.3 °C(최대 15.3 °C), 실내 기온은 평균 2.5–3.8 °C 낮았습니다. 결과는 Buildings(2024)에 게재되었습니다.Coated and untreated mock-up structures were built side by side at a 33-year-old apartment complex and monitored in parallel.
